1. Open your RO folder and find your neoncube file.

2. Right click it and pick notepad to open the file.

3. Once it opens it should have a number, erase that number and replace it with 1 .
4. Save it and overwrite

Now open up DsRO.exe (DsRO patcher) and let it patch. Enjoy
